Job Title: Worksite Manager

Education: Graduation/ Post Graduate or MBA from a reputed University / Institute

Function: Aviva Direct Channel Sales

Eligibility: 4-8 years of relevant experience

Main Priorities:

• Conceptualize, execute worksite activities across East branches
• Drive customer engagement activities & Branch walk-ins with innovative ideas & complete event management activities
• Branch Catchment Area Mapping, driving outdoor activities for leads build up
• Leads Input to Output (LSQ) funnel management.
• Ensuring Leads/Conversion target achievement of the Zone
• Engagement with FOS & assisting TMs in FOS handholding

Key Skills:

• Should have high relationship building quotient
• Should have capability to do reference generation from Existing customers
• Problem solving and decision-making capability
• Influencing and selling skills
• Aptitude for financial numbers
• Good knowledge of market/ business and competition for experienced candidates
• Having Two wheelers would be an added advantage

Work Environment:

• This position may involve working in an office setting or remotely, depending on company policies and Flexibility in hours may be required to meet team needs.
