Job Overview : We are looking for an experienced Mutual Fund Operations professional to manage day-to-day operational activities related to mutual fund platforms, transaction processing, reporting, and stakeholder coordination.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle client onboarding for Demat and non-Demat clients, including individuals and corporates, while ensuring compliance.
• Monitor NAV upload/download activities and coordinate with relevant stakeholders to resolve any issues.
• Manage NACH / e-Mandate registration and ensure timely processing of SIP-related activities.
• Generate SIP feeds and coordinate with service providers for timely processing.
• Monitor and maintain AMC / Mutual Fund scheme information, including NFOs and circular updates.
• Handle queries and escalations from AMCs, RTAs, members, and other stakeholders.
• Prepare MIS and regulatory reports as required.
• Ensure operational activities are completed within defined SLA timelines.
• Monitor team performance and coordinate day-to-day operational activities.

Qualification Required :

• Experience in Mutual Fund Operations / Capital Market Operations
• Hands-on knowledge of AMC / RTA processes
• Exposure to NAV, SIP, NACH / e-Mandates
• Experience in scheme master maintenance and MF transaction processing
• Knowledge of MIS and regulatory reporting
• Strong stakeholder and escalation management skills
• Experience in SLA monitoring and team management
