Hiring For Below Position-

Job Title: R&D Executive – Beauty & Personal care

Location: Mumbai, India

Experience: 2-5 Years

Immediate joiners Preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

* Develop and optimise formulations for skincare and cosmetic products

* Conduct stability and compatibility testing to ensure product performance and shelf-life

* Collaborate with marketing and product teams to bring concept ideas to life

* Research and evaluate new raw materials and ingredient technologies

* Ensure compliance with Indian cosmetic regulations (BIS, FDA, etc.)

* Support scale-up, pilot batches, and production coordination with manufacturing units

* Maintain detailed documentation and technical records

Requirements:

* Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Cosmetic Science, Chemistry, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or a related field

* Good understanding of ingredients, formulation techniques, and testing procedures

* Strong organisational and lab management skills

Preferred Qualities:

* Passionate about innovation in the beauty industry

* Independent, self-motivated, and detail-oriented

* Excellent communication and team collaboration
