Position: Assistant Professor / Associate Professor – Finance

Role Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and academically accomplished Finance Faculty to deliver high-quality, industry-oriented education across our BBA and MBA programs. The candidate should bring strong subject expertise, contemporary teaching practices, and a commitment to student development.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging and application-oriented courses in Finance across UG and PG programs.
- Teach subjects including Financial Management, Corporate Finance, Investment Management, Financial Markets, Valuation, Financial Modelling and FinTech.
- Incorporate case studies, live projects, simulations, industry practices and technology-enabled learning into classroom delivery.
- Develop and enhance curriculum in line with emerging industry trends and business practices.
- Mentor students on academic projects, internships and career development.
- Drive research, publications, case development and industry engagement.
- Collaborate with industry professionals and institutions for guest lectures, live projects and experiential learning.
Candidate Profile
- Master’s/Ph.D. in Finance, Management, Commerce, Economics or a relevant discipline from a reputed institution.
- Relevant academic and/or industry experience in Finance, Banking, Investment Banking, FinTech, Corporate Finance, Consulting or Capital Markets.
- Strong communication, classroom facilitation and mentoring skills.
- Demonstrated ability to connect academic concepts with real-world business applications.
- Knowledge of financial modelling, Excel, analytics and emerging AI/FinTech tools will be an advantage.
- Strong orientation towards research, innovation and industry engagement.
Ideal Candidate: A finance professional or academic who can effectively integrate Finance, Industry, Technology and Experiential Learning into the classroom.
