Senior Video & Motion Designer

We are looking for a Senior Designer with strong experience in Motion Design and video production to create animations, audiovisual content, assets, and layouts for the iGaming industry.

Our focus includes the development of a growing portfolio of proprietary games, so we are looking for a senior professional with a strong visual repertoire, autonomy, critical thinking, and a high standard of execution.

This person will play an important role in shaping the visual quality of our products, creating assets, animations, and experiences with the level of polish needed to differentiate our games in a highly competitive market.

Responsibilities

• Create motion graphics, animations, and video content for games, campaigns, promotions, and products
• Develop visual assets for multiple proprietary games
• Create static and animated layouts for different channels, formats, and platforms
• Animate typography, logos, characters, icons, interfaces, and other graphic elements
• Develop key visuals and their adaptations across different formats
• Ensure a high level of quality, consistency, and polish across all visual assets
• Actively contribute to the visual evolution of our games and brand language
• Propose creative and visual solutions with a high degree of autonomy
• Adapt materials across different formats, aspect ratios, markets, and platforms
• Explore new visual languages, trends, and references relevant to the gaming and entertainment industries
• Collaborate closely with Design, Marketing, Product, and Content teams

Requirements

• Senior-level experience in Design and Motion Design
• Advanced proficiency in After Effects
• Strong knowledge of graphic design, composition, typography, and visual direction
• Experience with motion graphics, animation, and video content production
• Strong proficiency in Photoshop and Illustrator
• Ability to develop highly polished visual assets
• Strong critical thinking and attention to detail
• Ability to independently lead projects and propose creative solutions
• Ability to manage multiple formats and projects simultaneously
• Strong sense of rhythm, timing, and transitions
• A strong portfolio demonstrating high-quality work across design and motion

Nice to Have

• Experience in iGaming, gaming, or entertainment
• Experience creating assets for games
• Knowledge of Figma
• Experience with Blender, Cinema 4D, or other 3D tools
• Experience with video editing and post-production
• Familiarity with AI tools applied to creative workflows
