Our client is seeking an ambitious commercial advisory lawyer to join their growing Commercial team in Dublin. Day-to-day of the role:
Provide comprehensive commercial advisory services, including contract, technology, AI, and data protection matters. Work closely with partners and senior colleagues to advise clients on day-to-day commercial issues and strategic business decisions. Act as an extension of clients' in-house legal functions, becoming a trusted adviser to both growing and established businesses across various sectors.
Gain meaningful responsibility and direct client exposure from an early stage, contributing to the growth of a dynamic team.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 1 – 4 years relevant PQE in commercial law.
- Strong technical and drafting skills with a genuine interest in commercial advisory work.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent prioritisation skills and a solutions-focused approach.
- Enthusiasm for business development and keen to grow professional profile.
- Excellent communication skills and a friendly manner.
