Warehouse Operative with Counterbalance Forklift - Temporary

Job DescriptionWarehouse Operative with Counterbalance Forklift We are currently recruiting for an experienced Warehouse Operative with Counterbalance Forklift to join a busy operation based in Dublin 12 on a temporary basis for minimum 2 months. We are seeking an individual who has the ability to work on own initiative and help restructure the layout and process of the warehouse itself. A medium size environment, this person will pick products, organise the packing and be ready for shipment.

I need someone who is IT savvy and be familiar with Warehouse paperwork including product invoices. A valid Counterbalance license is required along with a valid Manual Handling Certificate. Own transport is required due to location!

Salary & Benefits €17.50 per hour Canteen Parking Responsibilities: Hand pick products of all sizes from the printed order form Pack all products ready for shipment Log all product details onto management system Operate a Counterbalance forklift for loading and unloading Provide ideas to restructure the Warehouse to work more effectively Cut and Crush wasted cardboard and load for recycling Keep Warehouse clean and in order Other adhoc duties that may arise Key Requirements: Previous experience in a Warehouse Environment of minimum 1 year Experience hand picking products from order sheet Experienced on a Counterbalance Forklift with a certificate Good organisational and administration skills. Ability to work alone and confidence to use own initiative Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Good computer skills, including Warehouse management systems A practical, hands-on approach to warehouse management.
