Warehouse Supervisor

Job DescriptionDepartment: Warehouse Position Type: Permanent Full-Time for PM Shift Job Summary The Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily warehouse operations, ensuring efficient use of staff and equipment, maintaining health & safety standards, and supporting team performance to meet operational targets. Key Responsibilities Supervise daily warehouse activities in line with company procedures and SOPs. Lead and motivate warehouse staff to achieve performance targets.

Conduct regular team briefings and toolbox talks. Ensure stock accuracy and minimize damages or shortages. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment.

Ensure compliance with Health & Safety and Quality standards. Monitor employee performance, attendance, and conduct meetings where required. Report accidents or equipment incidents promptly to management.

Ensure equipment is used effectively and maintained properly. Support continuous improvement and assist with warehouse projects when required. Requirements Previous warehouse or supervisory experience preferred.

Strong leadership and communication skills. Good attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
