About the position:

Are you ready to be a part of the world’s most popular mobile game company? We are looking for driven students to join our Internship Program 2027, where you will have the opportunity to choose your focus track: Operations or Marketing.

You will be an integral part of our core squad, mastering the product from the inside out and taking ownership of the engines that keep the game alive and thriving. This role is designed to fast-track you, tailored to your chosen path:

Operations Track: You will focus on product execution and live systems. Your responsibilities include managing the in-game economy, planning and executing major regional live events, and using data analysis to optimize player retention and ensure seamless daily game operations.

Marketing Track: You will focus on growth, branding, and player acquisition. Your responsibilities include planning and executing high-impact marketing campaigns, analyzing user acquisition (UA) performance data to maximize campaign ROI, and managing local influencer networks and community strategies to expand and engage our player base.

Requirements

• Education: Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree with an expected graduation date of December 2027 or later.
• Languages: Fluent in Portuguese and English, with proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking.
• Passion for games: You must be an active player, have deep knowledge of gaming mechanics, meta-trends, and player psychology.
• Analytical Excellence: Ability to use data to justify operational decisions and optimize the player experience.
• Availability: able to work in a hybrid model for 30 hours per week (6h/day) starting January 2027 in São Paulo/SP.
