Business Development Executive

Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Business Development Executive role based in Chennai. The role involves identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining a strong sales pipeline, and conducting lead generation activities through calls, meetings, and digital channels. The Business Development Executive will engage with prospective clients, present suitable solutions, negotiate terms, and support the closure of deals.

Daily responsibilities include managing client accounts, maintaining accurate records in CRM or tracking tools, preparing proposals and presentations, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding. The role requires consistent on-site collaboration, market research, and regular reporting on progress and performance to leadership.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess skills in New Business Development and Business growth, with the ability to identify opportunities and drive revenue.
• 2–3 years of relevant experience in Sales, Business Development, Real Estate, Consulting, or related domains.
• Candidates should possess skills in Lead Generation and prospecting to build and manage a robust sales pipeline.
• Candidates should possess strong Communication skills, including clear verbal and written communication and confident client interaction.
• Candidates should possess Account Management skills to nurture relationships, manage expectations, and ensure ongoing client satisfaction.
• Experience in sales, real estate, consulting, or related domains is beneficial.
• Ability to work on-site in Chennai, manage multiple priorities, and meet targets consistently.
• Proficiency with CRM tools, basic MS Office, and data tracking is an advantage.
• Undergraduate degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field is preferred, or equivalent practical experience.
