Job Description – Table Tennis Coach

Manav Rachna International School, Noida is seeking a passionate and dedicated Table Tennis Coach to train and mentor students while promoting excellence in sports, discipline, and overall physical development.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct structured Table Tennis coaching sessions for students across different age groups and skill levels.
• Identify, nurture, and develop talented players for intra-school, inter-school, district, state, and national competitions.
• Plan and implement training schedules focused on technical skills, fitness, strategy, and sportsmanship.
• Organize practice sessions, trials, tournaments, and coaching camps.
• Monitor student performance and provide regular feedback to students and parents.
• Ensure the proper maintenance and safe use of sports equipment and training facilities.
• Coordinate with school leadership to support sports events, competitions, and fitness initiatives.
• Encourage teamwork, discipline, leadership, and a positive sporting culture within the school.
• Maintain attendance, performance records, and other coaching-related documentation.
• Ensure adherence to safety guidelines and school policies during training sessions and tournaments.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Physical Education or a related field; relevant coaching certifications preferred.
• 3–5 years of experience as a Table Tennis Coach, preferably in a school or sports academy.
• Experience in coaching students for competitive tournaments is desirable.
