At Blueprints Design, we are looking for skilled and motivated MEP BIM Engineers to contribute to the delivery of large-scale BIM projects.

We welcome professionals with experience in HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing or Fire-Fighting BIM modelling who are passionate about multidisciplinary coordination and technology-driven project delivery.

What You’ll Work On

• Large-scale Residential, Commercial, Mixed-Use and Industrial projects
• HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing and Fire-Fighting BIM models
• MEP BIM delivery from Design Development through Construction Documentation
• Multidisciplinary coordination with Architectural, Structural and other services
• Preparation of coordinated drawings, schedules and project documentation
• Clash detection, model reviews and coordination issue resolution

Responsibilities

• Develop and update MEP BIM models based on approved design inputs and project requirements.
• Model HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing or Fire-Fighting services as per the assigned discipline.
• Prepare coordinated drawings, sections, details, schedules and documentation from BIM models.
• Coordinate MEP models with Architectural, Structural and other building-services models.
• Perform clash detection and support the resolution of coordination issues.
• Review models for accuracy, completeness and compliance with project BIM standards.
• Incorporate design changes and coordination comments accurately into BIM models.
• Follow the BIM Execution Plan, modelling standards, naming conventions and project workflows.
• Coordinate with BIM Coordinators, Project Leads, clients and consultants.
• Maintain proper file management and documentation on ACC or other project platforms.
• Support progress reporting and complete assigned deliverables within agreed timelines.

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
• 2–5 years of professional experience in MEP BIM modelling
• Experience in one or more disciplines: HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing or Fire Fighting
• Strong working knowledge of Autodesk Revit MEP
• Knowledge of Navisworks and Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC)
• Experience in developing MEP BIM models and drawings from design inputs
• Understanding of MEP systems, drawings and multidisciplinary coordination
• Knowledge of BIM standards, workflows and model-development processes
• Good communication, coordination and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary BIM team
