Job Description
The primary purpose of this post is to coordinate and support the national implementation and utilisation of the Framework for Safe Nurse Staffing and Skill Mix in Adult Hospitals in Ireland and the associated national nurse staffing IT (information technology) system to deliver high-quality outcomes for end users and the organisation.
The post holder will coordinate the implementation project and embed the framework hospital-wide. This will include education, training and utilisation of the national IT system procured to support the rollout. The post holder will also be required to compile progress reports for review, working closely with the senior nursing team, the Director of Finance and the HR departments.
Education, training and ongoing support will be provided relevant to executing this post to ensure the successful candidate is competent and confident to lead on implementation and monitoring of the necessary IT programme within the organisation.
