The Role
We are seeking a Group Marketing Manager. The position will be based in Dublin and travel to each of our locations will be a feature.
Reporting to the Group CEO, this is a high-impact role responsible for shaping and delivering the Group’s marketing strategy across a portfolio of established and growing brands.
Combining strategic thinking with hands-on delivery, the role will focus on developing a consistent and effective marketing approach across the Group while drawing on the expertise and market knowledge of local teams. It will suit an innovative and commercially focused marketer who is comfortable working across multiple markets, brands and channels and who can translate business objectives into impactful marketing programmes that deliver measurable results.
The role encompasses both traditional and digital B2B marketing, including installer engagement, trade marketing, industry events, content, lead generation and digital campaign performance.
The successful candidate will work closely with local MD’s, marketing teams and external agencies to drive brand growth, support product launches and ensure marketing activity is aligned with the Group's strategic and commercial objectives.
This is an exciting opportunity to influence the future marketing direction of a growing international renewables business and to develop broader Group-level marketing responsibility as the organisation continues to grow.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement the Group marketing strategy, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives and growth plans.
- Partner with local marketing teams to coordinate marketing activity, share best practice and drive consistency across brands and markets.
- Enhance and coordinate the Group’s digital marketing strategy, including website performance, SEO, content marketing, social media and lead generation.
- Establish marketing measurement frameworks and reporting dashboards to track performance, ROI and key business outcomes.
- Support trade marketing, installer engagement, product campaigns and other commercial sales initiatives.
- Coordinate the planning and delivery of key industry events, exhibitions and trade shows.

- Support effective brand governance across the Group, promoting consistent messaging, visual identity and customer experience.
- Manage relationships with marketing agencies, digital partners and other external suppliers.
- Monitor market trends, customer insights and competitor activity to identify opportunities and inform decision-making.
- Champion collaboration, innovation and continuous improvement across the Group’s marketing teams.
Skills and Experience:
- 5+ years’ experience in brand, digital and B2B marketing, ideally within manufacturing, construction, renewables, HVAC or another technical product sector.
- A proven record of developing and delivering marketing strategies, campaigns and product launches that support commercial growth.
- Strong digital marketing expertise, including websites, SEO, content, social media, lead generation and campaign optimisation.
- Experience working across multiple brands, business units or international markets.
- Strong analytical capability, with experience measuring marketing performance and using insights to improve outcomes.
- Experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms; HubSpot experience would be advantageous.
- Experience managing agencies, suppliers and other external marketing partners.
- Excellent communication and influencing skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across functions, cultures and seniority levels.
- High standards of copywriting, brand presentation and attention to detail.
