PACO is growing, and we’re looking for a brilliant Virtual Assistant to join our internal operations team.

PACO is a Life Logistics company helping busy people manage the practical demands of everyday life.

This is a behind-the-scenes execution role. You’ll work alongside our client-facing PAs, helping them get through client work faster, more thoroughly and at a consistently high standard.

You’ll support our team across client accounts with tasks such as:

• Researching services, suppliers and solutions
• Making calls and following up with companies
• Booking appointments, travel and services
• Chasing outstanding requests and keeping tasks moving
• Handling repeatable administrative processes
• Using AI to accelerate research, drafting, organisation and problem-solving

You’ll probably be somebody who has:

• Has previous experience as a VA, EA, PA or Operations Assistant
• Is exceptionally organised and thorough
• Is naturally resourceful and good at figuring things out
• Is a confident and frequent user of AI
• Knows how to write effective prompts and refine AI output
• Checks sources, facts, dates, names and details before submitting work
• Takes ownership of tasks rather than simply completing instructions
• Is persistent with follow-ups and comfortable chasing people
• Communicates clearly and professionally
• Is comfortable making phone calls and dealing with suppliers
• Can manage multiple tasks without things falling through the cracks
