Blooming Ocean Education is an online learning academy helping students in Grades 3–10 develop strong English literacy, writing, critical thinking, and communication skills.

We are looking for passionate and experienced educators who are interested in growing with us long term.

About the Role

We are hiring experienced Online English Teachers for the 2026–2027 academic year, starting in September 2026.

* Teach small-group online classes of 4–6 students

* Students are primarily based in North America

* Classes are 1.5–2 hours

* Teach approximately 2–3 classes per week

* Long-term teaching opportunity

Schedule & Availability

Required availability:

* Thursday: 5:00–7:00 PM Pacific Time

* Saturday: 10:00 AM–12:00 PM Pacific Time

Additional teaching hours may be available during weekday evenings and weekends. Flexibility beyond the required time slots is preferred.

Responsibilities

* Teach engaging and interactive English lessons

* Support students’ reading, writing, and critical-thinking development

* Create a positive and supportive online classroom

* Provide constructive feedback and encourage student growth

* Communicate professionally with students, parents, and the academic team

Qualifications

* Bachelor’s degree or higher in English, Education, History, Psychology, or a related field

* 2+ years of teaching experience

* Strong communication and classroom-management skills

* Experience working with children or teenagers

* Online teaching experience preferred

* North American teaching certification/license is an asset
