Role Description The Warehouse & Materials Management role is a full-time, on-site position based in Calgary, AB. This role is responsible for overseeing inventory and materials flow, including receiving, storing, tracking, and distributing goods in alignment with project and operational requirements. Daily activities include monitoring stock levels, performing cycle counts, updating inventory systems, coordinating material movements, and supporting production planning to ensure timely availability of resources.

The role also involves maintaining organized warehouse layouts, ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards, and collaborating with internal teams and external suppliers to resolve material issues. The individual will prepare reports and analyses to support decision-making and continuous improvement in warehouse and materials management processes.

ue to the continued expansion of our operations, I’m looking to grow my team and am seeking an experienced Warehouse & Materials Management professional to join us on a FIFO 7/7 rotation.

This is a hands-on, fast-paced role supporting site operations through effective inventory control, materials coordination, and warehouse execution. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring materials are received, stored, issued, and tracked accurately to support operational uptime and efficiency.

Warehouse operations, receiving, storage & dispatch

Inventory management, cycle counts & stock accuracy control

EAM/ERP system usage for materials transactions and tracking

Materials planning, requisitioning & coordination with operations teams

Management of surplus, obsolete & slow-moving inventory

Loading/unloading, material handling & general warehouse duties

Forklift operation (valid certification required)

Strong cross-functional communication with maintenance, operations & procurement teams

Commitment to safety, housekeeping standards & compliance requirements

Must be physically fit and capable of working in an active industrial environment, including manual materials handling tasks

Fly-In/Fly-Out | 7 days on / 7 days off
