Your Role

As a Geotechnical Field Technician, you’ll gain hands‑on experience across site investigations, inspections and geotechnical fieldwork a supporting residential construction projects while working closely with experienced technical professionals and clients.

You’ll:

  • Conduct site visits, inspections and field testing across residential construction projects
  • Collect geological samples and site data for analysis and reporting
  • Assist with soil logging, site observations and assessment of ground conditions
  • Prepare accurate reports, records and technical documentation
  • Work closely with clients, builders and internal teams to support project delivery and compliance

What You’ll Bring

  • A genuine interest in site investigations, construction and field-based engineering work
  • Excellent communication skills and a customer‑focused approach
  • Proactive atittude with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Valid Australian Driver’s Licence and ability to drive manual vehicles
