IVE is a growing 3PL provider supporting a range of national customers across industrial, retail and FMCG sectors. We are looking for a motivated and experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team at Dandenong South VIC

About the Role

We’re looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our team and act as a central point of contact for our clients. This role is all about delivering responsive, accurate and professional support while coordinating jobs and campaigns from start to finish.

You’ll work closely with internal teams and clients to ensure jobs are delivered on time, expectations are managed, and issues are resolved quickly and effectively.

Key Responsibilities

• Be the primary point of contact for clients, providing friendly, professional and timely support

• Coordinate campaigns and jobs daily, including scheduling, tracking and client updates

• Prepare accurate job instructions in line with internal processes and quality standards

• Ensure jobs are delivered on time, within scope and to agreed specifications

• Maintain accurate client documentation, reporting and job records

• Manage client stock levels and reporting requirements

• Coordinate client sign-offs and approvals

• Assist with quotes, change controls and incident reporting when required

• Communicate changes clearly to clients and internal stakeholders

• Escalate issues appropriately to protect client relationships

• Build strong, long-term client relationships and identify growth opportunities

• Participate in WIP meetings and client briefings as required

What We’re Looking For

Essential:

• Strong customer service skills

• Excellent verbal and written communication

• Sound administration and problem-solving skills

• High attention to detail

• Confident computer skills, including Word and Excel

• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

Desirable:

• Experience in warehousing, logistics, print, marketing or production environments

• Experience coordinating jobs, campaigns or projects
