Admin/Customer Service Officer

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented individual to support a busy and collaborative team in a varied and rewarding role.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and maintain marketing collateral and supporting documentation
• Respond to and assist with customer enquiries
• Liaise with the sales team and other internal departments to ensure seamless service delivery
• Assist customers with product and service-related queries, troubleshooting where required
• Prepare and distribute weekly and monthly reports
• Ensure timely follow-up of customer requests and outstanding actions
• Provide administrative support for projects and customer service initiatives
• Assist the Customer Service Manager with general administrative duties

Skills & Experience

• Previous experience in a customer service, and administration
• Excellent organisational and time management skills
• Exceptional attention to detail
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
• Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills
• Experience using SAP or similar ERP systems (preferred)
• The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
