Working within a major utilities organisation, you will contribute to key ServiceNow initiatives that support operational excellence, service delivery, and business process optimisation.

The Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Business Analyst to join a high-profile program based in Sydney. This role will see you working closely with business stakeholders, technical teams, and offshore delivery partners to gather requirements, define business processes, and support end-to-end ServiceNow solution delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Engage with business stakeholders to understand processes, requirements, and business objectives.
  • Translate business needs into detailed functional specifications and user stories.
  • Ensure artefacts and documentation align with governance standards and ServiceNow best practices.
  • Act as the key liaison between business users and ServiceNow technical teams.
  • Support solution design discussions and facilitate requirement workshops.
  • Coordinate with offshore delivery teams to support successful end-to-end project delivery.
  • Manage multiple initiatives and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional and globally distributed teams.

Skills & Experience

Essential

  • 5+ years' Australian experience as a ServiceNow Business Analyst or Business Process Consultant.
  • Strong understanding of the ServiceNow platform.
  • Expertise in Service Portal and Workspace.
  • Experience with ServiceNow workflows, data models, APIs, and integrations.
  • Experience across ITSM, CSM, and PSDS modules.
  • Outstanding stakeholder engagement, communication, and relationship management skills.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within project teams. Highly Regarded
  • Previous experience within utilities, water, energy, or government environments.
  • Experience delivering complex enterprise ServiceNow transformation programs.
  • Exposure to large-scale organisations with distributed delivery models.
