Preschool Teacher (Montessori)

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and conduct Montessori-based learning experiences.
• Create a warm, safe, and engaging classroom environment.
• Foster children’s independence, confidence, and love for learning.
• Observe and document children’s developmental progress.
• Maintain Montessori materials and classroom readiness.
• Communicate effectively with parents and collaborate with the school team.
• Participate in school events, meetings, and professional development.

Eligibility

• Montessori / ECCE Certification preferred.
• Freshers are welcome to apply.
• Passion for early childhood education.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Creative, patient, enthusiastic, and eager to learn.
