Customer Service & Sales Support Officer

Selby's is a leading Australian manufacturer of signage, flags, banners and large format digital print products. We are seeking an experienced Customer Service & Sales Support Officer to join our Dandenong South team.

This is a varied role that combines customer service & sales administration. We are looking for someone who understands the signage and printing industry and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same.

About the Role

As our Customer Service & Sales Support Officer, you'll deliver exceptional customer service while supporting our Sales and Production teams. You'll prepare and follow up quotations, process customer orders, liaise with customers and pre-production staff, and ensure accurate job information is maintained. This is a busy, hands-on role that requires excellent organisation, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to customer enquiries via phone, email and in person
• Prepare and follow up customer quotations
• Process sales orders and maintain accurate job information
• Liaise with customers and pre-production staff
• Provide sales and administrative support to the Sales Team
• Assist with customer follow-up

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• Previous experience in the printing industry
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Experience preparing quotes and processing orders
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
• The ability to manage multiple customer enquiries, quotations and orders while working to deadlines
• A positive, proactive, and team-oriented attitude
• Sound computer skills and experience with Microsoft Office applications
• Knowledge of signage materials and large format print production processes
• Experience using estimating, CRM, or job management software
