About the Role
We're searching for experienced, energetic and customer-focused baristas who genuinely enjoy hospitality and take pride in delivering exceptional coffee and service.
You'll work with premium equipment, a supportive team and a business that values quality, consistency and continual improvement.
What You'll Be Doing
Preparing consistently exceptional espresso-based coffee.
Creating high-quality matcha beverages.
Delivering warm, genuine customer service.
Maintaining an organised, clean and efficient workspace.
Assisting with opening and closing procedures.
Working collaboratively with our front-of-house team.
Maintaining food safety and hygiene standards across front-of-house operations.
Supporting a positive team culture.
About You
You'll ideally have:
Previous specialty coffee experience.
Strong milk texturing and latte art skills.
Excellent customer service.
A positive, team-first attitude.
Reliability and professionalism.
The ability to work efficiently during busy service periods.
Pride in cleanliness, organisation and attention to detail.
