Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- End-to-End Order Fulfillment Management – Oversee the full lifecycle of PV module sales orders for Brazil and Latin America, from contract signing to delivery, coordinating internal teams including supply chain, production, logistics, and customs to ensure on-time and quality delivery.
- Production-Sales Integration and Scheduling – Convert sales orders into master production plans, review and manage production scheduling changes, and ensure optimal capacity alignment with order demand.
- Logistics and Customs Optimization – Collaborate with logistics and customs teams to design the most efficient transportation solutions for Brazil and the region, reducing logistics costs and managing import clearance and trade compliance risks (e.g., Brazil’s 25% PV module import tariff).
- Order Progress Monitoring and Exception Handling – Establish a robust order tracking mechanism to monitor real‑time execution status, and promptly resolve disruptions such as delivery delays, quality issues, or customer change requests.
- Contract Review and Risk Identification – Lead the review of sales contracts, supply agreements, and framework contracts, with focus on delivery terms, payment conditions, warranty liabilities, penalty clauses, and dispute resolution; coordinate cross‑functional inputs from legal, finance, and other relevant departments.
- Commercial Negotiation and Contract Template Optimization – Participate in commercial negotiations with customers to facilitate contract execution, and continuously improve regional standard contract templates and review workflows to enhance efficiency and risk control.
- Revenue Recognition and Accounts Receivable Management – Work with finance to ensure revenue is recognized in accordance with contract terms and accounting standards; monitor customer payment progress, proactively manage overdue receivables, and drive collection efforts.
- Foreign Exchange Risk Management – Monitor local currency (especially BRL) fluctuations and collaborate with treasury/finance to develop hedging strategies that mitigate the impact of exchange losses on revenue.
- Financial Instrument Administration – Oversee the evaluation, issuance, and risk control of performance bonds, advance payment guarantees, letters of credit, and other trade finance instruments, ensuring full compliance with company policies.
- Market Intelligence and Operational Data Support – Collect and analyze market policies, competitive dynamics, and customer insights across Brazil and Latin America; build a sales operations data dashboard and regularly generate revenue risk assessment reports to support regional sales strategy and operational decision‑making.
Qualification
- sEducation: Bachelor’s degree or above in International Trade, Business Administration, Marketing, Law, Finance, or a related field (PV, power, or energy disciplines are a plus)
- .Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in overseas sales operations, order management, contract management, or commercial management, with at least 2 years in the PV, new energy, or power equipment industry
- .Professional Competencies
- :Solid understanding of international trade processes, global logistics, and customs operations, with proven end‑to‑end order fulfillment capabilities
- .Strong contract review and commercial risk assessment skills; experience in cross‑border contract negotiations is preferred
- .Basic financial acumen regarding revenue recognition, FX exposure, and receivables management
- .Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and other office tools, with strong data analysis and report‑writing abilities
- .Language Proficiency: Fluent in Portuguese (mandatory) and working proficiency in English
