Role Description The Business Development Manager is a full-time or part-time, on-site role based in Mumbai. This role is responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with referring partners, corporates, and local communities, and driving patient acquisition and revenue growth. Daily tasks include developing and executing business development strategies, conducting market research, managing outreach campaigns, and tracking performance against targets.

The Business Development Manager will collaborate closely with clinical and administrative teams to design service offerings, optimize patient experience, and support marketing initiatives. The role also involves preparing reports, presenting growth plans to leadership, and representing Dent Heal at events and networking forums.

Qualifications

• Strong business development and sales skills, including lead generation, relationship management, and negotiation.
• Experience with marketing and outreach activities such as local partnerships, corporate tie-ups, and community engagement.
• Ability to conduct market research, analyze data, and develop strategic growth plans.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with diverse stakeholders.
• Proven organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple initiatives and meet targets.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Management, or a related field; an MBA or equivalent is an advantage.
• Prior experience in healthcare, dental services, or related service industries is highly beneficial.
• Comfort working on-site in Mumbai, with flexibility to attend events, visit partners, and participate in outreach activities as needed.
