Job DescriptionTalent Glider is hiring Customer Support Executives for our International Voice Process (Career Counseling). You will interact with U.S.-based clients, understand their requirements, provide career guidance, and deliver an excellent customer experience. Key Responsibilities: Handle inbound and outbound calls with international clients.
Understand customer needs and provide suitable career solutions. Resolve queries professionally and maintain customer satisfaction. Follow up with prospective clients and update CRM records.
Achieve quality and performance targets while ensuring a positive customer experience. Requirements: Excellent English communication skills. Comfortable working in the US Night Shift.
