What You'll Be Doing
Supported to succeed, you will bring your accounting expertise and play a pivotal role, delivering accurate and timely financial reports and activity that help inform high-level decision-making by management and stakeholders.
Reporting to the Group GM FP&A and working as part of the broader divisional finance team, you will ensure the following are achieved;
- Coordinating and progressing to lead Group OneStream month-end reporting, monthly forecasts across the Group while ensuring data integrity and consistency
- Supporting monthly, quarterly, and annual Group reporting requirements.
- Coordinating the global Slow Moving & Obsolete Stock (SLOBS) review and partnering with Supply Chain to improve inventory performance.
- Partnering with Sales and Marketing to support pricing decisions, rebate provisions, sales forecasting, and marketing ROI analysis.
- Delivering insightful KPI reporting, variance analysis, and commercial recommendations to senior stakeholders.
- Developing financial models, business cases, and scenario analysis that support strategic decisions.
- Identifying opportunities to improve reporting, systems, and financial processes across the business.
- Working closely with cross-functional teams to enhance profitability and drive continuous improvement.

What will give you the competitive edge
You're naturally curious and enjoy combining hands-on accounting with a pragmatic and forward-thinking approach. Your background working in manufacturing or Distribution environment will ensure your seamless transition into the position and organisation.
You’ll also have:
- Formal qualifications in Finance or related discipline
- CA/CPA qualification (or working towards) will be highly regarded.
- Demonstrated experience in Commercial Finance, FP&A, Finance Business Partnering role within manufacturing/distribution environment
- Strong knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and profitability analysis.
- Working proficiency with ERP and reporting platforms (OneStream, SAP, Pronto or Power BI)
- Advanced Excel skills and a passion for analysing data and solving business problems.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex financial information in a clear and practical way.
- A proactive mindset, strong attention to detail, and the confidence to challenge, influence, and improve.
