Hygrade Water is a leading Australian & New Zealand manufacturer and supplier of water main and sewer products for the civil infrastructure industry. We pride ourselves on delivering high-quality products and exceptional customer service. Our Melbourne office, based at Dandenong South, is looking for an enthusiastic and reliable individual to join our team.
About the role
As a Customer Service & Logistics Coordinator, you will play a key role in the smooth operation of the VIC Branch. Working closely with the branch manager, you will be responsible for coordinating the store and logistics of incoming and outgoing goods, as well as ensuring day-to-day operations run smoothly.
About you
We’re looking for a committed team member with a positive, energetic, and professional attitude. You will have regular contact with customers and suppliers, so excellent communication and a strong work ethic are essential.
You will possess:
- A current forklift licence (or a willingness to obtain one - we'll support you by arranging the appropriate training).
- A valid driver’s license
- Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office)
- Sound knowledge of job safety and safe storage practices
- High reliability and self-motivation
- Knowledge of the water civil infrastructure industry is a plus
