Take ownership of our warehouse while staying hands on every day.

We're looking for an experienced warehouse professional who enjoys being on the warehouse floor and takes pride in running an organised, efficient operation.

This is not a desk-based management role.

Around 80% of your day will be spent picking, packing and dispatching customer orders, with the remaining 20% focused on warehouse coordination, including inventory accuracy, warehouse organisation, stock locations and continuously improving the way we operate.

This role would suit an experienced Storeperson looking to take the next step, or a Warehouse Coordinator who enjoys leading by example rather than managing a large team.

What You'll Be Doing

Warehouse Operations (Approx. 80%)

• Pick, pack and dispatch customer orders
• Receive and put away incoming stock
• Load and unload courier vehicles and shipping containers
• Assemble products when customers purchase assembly
• Maintain a clean, organised and safe warehouse
• Replenish showroom stock
• Complete customer deliveries when required (occasional leave cover)

Warehouse Coordination (Approx. 20%)

• Maintain accurate inventory and stock locations
• Prepare for incoming containers
• Conduct stocktakes and investigate discrepancies
• Optimise warehouse layout and workflows
• Manage packing materials and warehouse consumables
• Coordinate our hire spit equipment
• Measure and barcode new products for our web team

Additional Responsibilities

• Provide overflow support to the sales team when required
• Assist with occasional BBQ events and product demonstrations

About You

You'll have:

• 2+ years warehouse experience
• A current Forklift Licence (essential)
• Excellent spoken English and communication skills
• Strong computer skills and confidence learning new systems
• High attention to detail and pride in accurate work
• A proactive attitude and willingness to improve processes
• The ability to comfortably perform physical work throughout the day

This role would suit an experienced Storeperson looking to step up, or a Warehouse Coordinator who enjoys leading from the front.
