Description

This role offers a great team environment and potential for skills and career development.

Your key responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

• Coordinate and complete local deliveries and pickups to customers in a timely and efficient manner
• Load and unload trucks safely, ensuring correct handling and storage of fresh produce
• Complete all required delivery and transport documentation accurately
• Operate forklifts safely and in accordance with site procedures and regulations
• Conduct daily pre-operational checks of vehicles and equipment
• Work collaboratively within the warehouse and operations team to meet deadlines
• Perform additional duties as required to support operations

Skills and Experiences

The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate the following:

• Current Forklift Licence essential.
• Valid Victorian drives licence essential.
• HR Drives Licences essential.
• A good understanding of receivals and dispatch processes.
• Fresh produce or perishable experience beneficial but not essential.
• Experience with delivery coordination, loading/unloading, and transport documentation
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Works well in a team environment.
• Available for early morning start from 6am
