Truck Driver

Join the dynamic warehouse team at Remington Steel as a full-time Truck Driver. Based in Derrimut Victoria. This hands-on role will see you be part of an operational team that will be supportive, driving customer service across Victoria

What you'll be doing

• Working with structural steel


• Dayshift Monday-Friday (Some Saturday work may be available)


• Based in Derrimut Victoria


• Brand New Trucks


• Liaising effectively with stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.


• Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations to ensure a safe work environment


• Collaborate with the warehouse team to optimise workflow and improve efficiency.


• Maintain cleanliness of truck and conduct pre-start daily checks.

What we're looking for

• A current HR/HC licence with at least 12 months' experience


• Proven safe driving record


• A safe work ethic


• Good communication and customer service skills


• Chain of Responsibility compliant


• Basic Fatigue Management preferred


• Dedicated approach to customer requirements and overall service delivery.


• Ability to work autonomously


• Operational experience in Steel


• Good communication and teamwork skills with a demonstrated ability to work together to achieve our desired business outcomes.


• Commitment to safety and a proactive approach to problem-solving
