Role Description The Project Management Specialist will oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of embedded training and engineering projects for automotive clients. This contract position is on-site in Chennai and involves coordinating project timelines, resources, and stakeholder communication to ensure training programs and solutions are completed on schedule and within scope.

Day-to-day responsibilities include defining project objectives, tracking milestones, managing risks and issues, preparing status reports, and facilitating alignment between technical teams and client representatives. The role also includes supporting process improvements, maintaining documentation in line with ISO standards, and ensuring that client requirements and quality expectations are consistently met.
Qualifications

• Project planning and scheduling skills, including defining scope, milestones, and deliverables.
• Experience in stakeholder management, client communication, and cross-functional coordination.
• Proficiency in project tracking tools and reporting, with strong attention to detail and documentation.
• Familiarity with embedded systems or automotive domain projects, or strong interest in learning these areas.
• Understanding of quality management principles; experience with ISO 9001:2015 environments is an advantage.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify risks and implement mitigation plans.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills and the ability to present project updates clearly.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, project management, or a related field; relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, Agile) are beneficial.
• Ability to work on-site in Chennai, manage multiple projects concurrently, and collaborate with diverse teams.
