\nExperience Required: 0–5 years in sales, marketing, or business development (preferably in plastics, polymers, or recycling)
\nJob Summary:
\nWe are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales & Marketing Engineer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting our recycled plastic products, developing new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and achieving sales targets.
\nResponsibilities:
\nIdentify and develop new business opportunities in the recycling and compounding industry.
\nMeet and exceed sales targets through active client engagement.
\nUnderstand customer requirements and suggest appropriate recycled polymer solutions.
\nCoordinate with production and quality teams to ensure client satisfaction.
\nPrepare and deliver technical presentations to customers.
\nMaintain regular reports on market trends, competition, and customer feedback.
\nRequirements:
\nMinimum 0–5 years experience in B2B sales, preferably in plastics, polymer, or recycling sectors.
\nTechnical understanding of polymers and recycled materials.
\nGood communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
\nAbility to travel as needed across regions.
\nTeam Player, High level of Enthusiasm, Go getter attitude, Cross functional role playing capability.
\nPreferred Qualifications:
\nDiploma in Polymer/Plastic/Mechanical Engineering.
