Job Description
Contract to October 2027 plus 6 month possible extension | Brisbane CBD | Hybrid Working
Lime Recruitment is currently partnering with a large Queensland Government client to recruit an experienced Senior Developer. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, building, testing, and supporting high-quality solution components across Dynamics 365, Dataverse, Power Platform, Azure, and Microsoft Fabric-aligned delivery streams.
Key Responsibilities
Design, build, configure, test, and support enterprise-grade components across Dynamics 365, Dataverse, Power Platform, Azure, and related services.
Translate business requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and approved architectural
Develop custom business logic, plug-ins, custom APIs, PCF controls, Power Pages components, integrations, and supporting Azure services where required.
Ensure components are scalable, supportable, accessible, performant, and aligned with agreed
Work in Agile delivery teams to deliver working software iteratively, with active participation in backlog refinement, estimation, sprint planning, technical walkthroughs, and delivery reviews.
Use fail-fast prototyping, spikes, and proof-of-concepts to validate complex requirements, integration approaches, user experience assumptions, and technical risks before full implementation.
Adapt quickly to feedback from users, testers, architects, product owners, and business stakeholders.
About you
Extensive hands-on experience delivering enterprise solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE, Dataverse, Power Platform, and Azure.
Proven background designing Dataverse extensions (plug-ins, custom APIs), Power Platform (model-driven apps, Power Automate, Power Pages, PCF controls), and Azure services (Functions, Logic Apps, Service Bus).
Experience using Azure DevOps for Git source control, CI/CD pipelines, and backlog management within an Agile framework.
Excellent ability to communicate technical ideas clearly with architects, analysts, testers, and business stakeholders.
