Key Responsibilities Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care for patients in collaboration with the healthcare team. Provide health education and support to patients and their families. Assist in medical procedures and diagnostic tests, ensuring patient comfort and safety.

Maintain patient confidentiality and adhere to ethical and legal standards. Participate in quality improvement activities and contribute to the development of nursing policies and procedures. Essential Criteria Current registration as a Registered Nurse with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia (AHPRA).

Proven experience in a clinical setting, preferably within a medical centre or general practice environment. Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with patients and colleagues.

Demonstrated ability to work effectively as part of a team. High level of organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

  • Commitment to ongoing professional development and quality improvement.

Desirable Qualities Experience in chronic disease management and health promotion. Proficiency in using electronic health records and practice management software.

  • Knowledge of infection control practices and workplace health and safety standards.
