$110k - $130k + Super

This is a large retail and services business with a strong national footprint and a complex multi-site network. The business operates in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment and offers strong exposure to operational stakeholders across the business.

Due growth within the team, an exciting opportunity has arisen for a switched-on and commercially focused Finance Analyst to join this high-performing FP&A team. This role will support business performance and decision-making across a multi-site network, with responsibilities including:

• Support budgeting, forecasting and planning processes
• Prepare reporting packs, analysis and commentary
• Review business performance and provide insights on key trends
• Partner with operational stakeholders to support commercial decision-making
• Identify risks, opportunities and areas for improvement
• Assist with business cases, financial modelling and ad hoc analysis
• Support month-end processes and review of financial results
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to improve reporting and processes

To be a successful candidate for this role, you should be CA/CPA qualified with 4+ years of experience as an Analyst or Accountant, either in retail company or at a Big 4 or 2nd-tier accounting firm. You will have excellent communication skills, the ability to work collaboratively within a team, strong attention to detail and organisational skills, and a positive attitude.
