Our client is a NSW Government organisationseeking an experienced Change Analyst to join their team in SouthEveleigh.
The Change Analyst will support thesuccessful delivery of a large-scale SAP S/4HANA transformation program. Therole will focus on change impact assessments, stakeholder engagement,communications, training, and business readiness activities to ensure successfuladoption of new processes and systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conductchange impact assessments and stakeholder analysis across business units.
- Developand support communication, engagement, and training initiatives.
- Monitorbusiness readiness, change adoption, and stakeholder engagement throughout theprogram lifecycle.
Selection Criteria:
- Demonstratedexperience in change management within large-scale IT transformation orERP programsor SAP projects is highly desirable.
- Strongstakeholder engagement, communication, and business readiness experience.
- Knowledgeof change management methodologies such as Prosci, Kotter, or similarframeworks.
On offer is a 12-month contract with a highlysought-after NSW Government Department, offering a highly competitivedaily rate.
