Mason Alexander is currently partnering with a number of leading investment managers and alternative asset firms that are expanding their finance teams in Dublin.

We are looking to speak with ambitious finance professionals who have experience within fund accounting, fund administration or alternative investments and are interested in taking the next step in their careers.

Whether you're looking to join a global investment manager or move in-house with a leading private equity platform, we are working on a range of opportunities across the market.

Typical Responsibilities

• Preparation and review of NAVs and financial reporting
• Month-end close, reconciliations and journal entries
• Capital calls, distributions and investor reporting
• Liaising with fund administrators, auditors and custodians
• Financial statement preparation and audit coordination
• Oversight of outsourced service providers
• Supporting fund launches, new products and operational projects
• Working closely with Investment, Operations, Legal, Tax and Investor Relations teams
• Identifying opportunities to improve controls, reporting and operational efficiency

Ideal Background

• ACA, ACCA, CPA or equivalent qualification (or working towards)
• Experience within fund accounting, fund administration or financial reporting
• Strong knowledge of alternative investment structures
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• A proactive approach with a desire to develop your career within a leading investment platform
