Account Manager

About the Role

We are looking for a driven and detail-oriented Account Manager to lead day-to-day client communication, campaign execution, and brand strategy. You’ll work closely with internal teams and clients to deliver effective, insight-driven campaigns with a preference for candidates who’ve worked in or with the B2B or technology sector.

The ideal candidate should be proactive, organized, and confident in managing multiple stakeholders while ensuring smooth project execution and strong client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Own client relationships, ensuring clear communication and alignment on goals and deliverables.
• Lead and contribute to brand and campaign strategy, using client insights and market understanding.
• Collaborate with creative, digital, and media teams to bring strategic ideas to life across platforms.
• Translate client briefs into actionable plans and guide project execution from start to finish.
• Present ideas, campaign progress, and performance updates confidently to stakeholders.
• Stay on top of industry and market trends (especially in finance) to bring proactive, strategic input.
• Support internal coordination and ensure timelines, deliverables, and campaign objectives are met efficiently.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in client servicing/account management, preferably in a creative or digital agency.
• Strategic mindset with the ability to think beyond execution and contribute to brand growth.
• Experience with financial services clients is preferred but not essential.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and multitasking skills.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
