Role: Senior GRC & Cybersecurity Consultant
We’re looking for an experienced Senior GRC & Cybersecurity Consultant to lead Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC) engagements for enterprise clients in the financial services domain. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in cybersecurity governance, compliance frameworks, risk management, audits, and third-party risk management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive the complete GRC policy lifecycle, including policy development, reviews, updates, and exception management.
- Manage compliance initiatives across ISO 27001, SOC 2, HIPAA, and other regulatory frameworks.
- Lead Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM) and vendor risk assessment programs.
- Conduct security audits, compliance assessments, evidence collection, reporting, and third-party report reviews.
- Own policy and control management, privacy programs, and data governance initiatives.
- Support ISO 27001 audits, operational security reviews, and security incident reviews.
- Develop compliance dashboards and reporting using Power BI.
- Collaborate with internal and external auditors, compliance teams, and business stakeholders.
- Drive information security awareness and governance initiatives across the organization.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 10–12+ years of experience in Cybersecurity with a strong focus on Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC).
- Hands-on experience with GRC platforms such as 6clicks (preferred), ServiceNow, or RSA Archer.
- Strong knowledge of ISO 27001, SOC 2, HIPAA, Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM), and security governance.
- Experience supporting ISO 27001 compliance and audit activities.
- Strong understanding of privacy programs and data governance frameworks.
- Experience building reports and dashboards using Power BI.
- Good understanding of the financial services industry and enterprise security practices.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, written, verbal, and client-facing communication skills.
