Duration: 6 - Month Contract

Work Hours: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Financial Manager to provide strategic leadership across Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and financial close activities. This role will lead a small finance team while partnering with senior business leaders to deliver financial insights that drive decision-making. The successful candidate will also provide leadership continuity during Director absences.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise FP&A activities including budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, variance analysis, and management reporting.
• Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close processes.
• Prepare and review executive financial reports, income statements, balance sheets, and business presentations.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of finance professionals.
• Partner with Finance, Accounting, and business stakeholders to provide strategic financial guidance.
• Monitor financial performance, identify risks, and recommend improvement opportunities.
• Support investment planning, cash management, and long-range financial planning initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, internal controls, and corporate financial policies.
• Utilize financial planning tools, including Anaplan, to improve planning and reporting processes.

Required Technical Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline.
• 10+ years of progressive Finance & Accounting experience.
• Extensive FP&A experience.
• Budgeting & Forecasting.
• Variance Analysis.
• Month-end, Quarter-end & Year-end Close.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel.
• Leadership experience managing finance teams.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working within large enterprise organizations.
• Experience supporting IT Finance.
• Executive-level financial reporting and stakeholder management.

• AI or AI-enabled finance/reporting experience.
