Thrillophilia is building a world-class creative studio in Mumbai, and we're looking for a Senior Video Editor who can transform travel footage into content people can't scroll past.

This isn't just about cutting clips. It's about storytelling, emotion, pacing, internet culture, and creating videos that inspire people to travel and take action.

You'll create everything from Instagram Reels and YouTube Shorts to cinematic destination films, creator-led content, paid ads, UGC videos, tourism campaigns, customer stories, and long-form YouTube content.

What You'll Do

• Craft compelling stories from raw footage with strong hooks and engaging pacing.
• Edit platform-native content for Instagram, YouTube, Meta, and other digital channels.
• Create multiple creative variations for testing and performance marketing.
• Collaborate with creators and marketers to improve engagement and conversions.
• Use AI tools to speed up editing, generate captions, organize footage, improve audio/video, create variations, and enhance creative workflows.

What We're Looking For

• 3–7 years of professional video editing experience.
• Strong portfolio featuring social-first, branded, travel, lifestyle, or creator-led content.
• Expertise in Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, and/or CapCut.
• Good understanding of color grading, sound design, typography, motion graphics, and After Effects.
• Strong grasp of Instagram, YouTube, and short-form content trends.
• Experience using AI tools such as Adobe AI, Runway, Firefly, Descript, ElevenLabs, or similar.
• Ability to balance creativity with speed, ownership, and business impact.
