Tata Electronics Private Limited (TEPL) is a greenfield venture of the Tata Group with expertise in manufacturing precision components.

Tata Electronics (a wholly owned subsidiary of Tata Sons Pvt. Ltd.) is building India’s first AI-enabled state-of-the-art Semiconductor Foundry. This facility will produce chips for applications such as power management IC, display drivers, microcontrollers (MCU) and high-performance computing logic, addressing the growing demand in markets such as automotive, computing and data storage, wireless communications and artificial intelligence.

Responsibilities

• Lead product costing and cost accounting functions, ensuring accurate cost allocations.
• Conduct variance analysis, identify cost-saving opportunities, and optimize manufacturing costs.
• Manage cost audits and ensure compliance with cost accounting standards and record rules.
• Implement activity-based costing (ABC) and leverage CO/COPA tools for profitability analysis.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to gather cost data and improve financial performance.
• Lead and mentor the cost accounting team.

Qualifications

• Chartered Accountant or Cost Accountant

Desired Experience Level

• 15 years à FP&A, MIS, cost & Management Accounting in Manufacturing Industry.
