ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• We are looking for an Assistant Manager / Team Lead – Recruitment with 8+ years of experience in recruitment consulting, preferably in Sales Hiring and Technical Sales Hiring to join our dynamic team in Pune.
\n
• Proven experience in bulk hiring and managing multiple hiring requirements within defined timelines
\n
• Hands-on experience in leading a team of at least 5–6 recruiters, providing guidance, monitoring performance, and ensuring delivery targets are met
\n
• Strong experience in stakeholder management, including understanding client requirements, setting hiring priorities, and ensuring timely closures.
\n
• Experience in handling deliveries, understanding & cascading client requirements and achieve targets
\n
• Supporting the client HR team in other transactional areas, if requested
\n
• Proven track record of managing end-to-end recruitment processes for mid to senior-level roles.
\n

PRE-REQUISITES

\n
• Experience working in a recruitment consulting/staffing environment with the ability to perform in a fast-paced, target-driven setup
\n
• 8–12 years of recruitment experience, with a strong focus on Technical Sales Hiring/Sales Hiring.
\n
• Experience in Team Leading and/or Account Management, with proven delivery ownership.
\n
• Strong data management skills with hands-on experience in MIS reporting and recruitment trackers.
\n
• Strong communication, coordination, and relationship management skills with clients and internal stakeholder
\n
• Energetic, accomplished and creative personnel with great recruitment and management skills
\n
