Customer Service Specialist

8:30am - 4:30pm

Amare Safety is Australia's largest independently owned provider of safety equipment, apparel and safety footwear and we are seeking the services of an energetic and experienced customer service specialist who fits our culture. This is a challenging role that calls for a high caliber, self-motivated, energetic, team orientated person with an outgoing personality who likes dealing with people. You will be our customers first point of contact and you will need to be able to demonstrate your dependability and strong work ethic as you liaise with customers, and handle their phone and email enquiries and help meet and exceed their expectations.

This position is perfect for you if you are ready and willing to "roll up your sleeves" and work hard at whatever is required. Previous experience in a similar role would be ideal within the industrial sectors, such as safety, equipment, tooling or building hardware, to name just a few!

You need sound computer skills, with experience in Outlook, Work and Excel as a minimum, an excellent phone manner and the ability to work under pressure.

Critical to your success are exceptionalorganisational and multi-tasking skills.

Your duties and key responsibilities will include:

• Answering inbound phone calls in a prompt and courteous manner
• Responding to general customer enquiries via phoneand email
• Promptly inputting customer orders into our ERP and updating online portals such as SAP Ariba and Tungsten
• Providing support to the external sales team and national branch network
• Maintain and build key relationships with internal and external customers

Previous experience with these software packages whilst not essentialwill be viewed as a positive:
