Role Description The Sales Stylist is a full-time, on-site role based in Parramatta, NSW, responsible for providing personalized styling advice and outstanding customer service on the sales floor. Day-to-day tasks include greeting and engaging customers, understanding their needs, recommending outfits and accessories, and supporting them through the fitting and styling process. The role involves maintaining visual merchandising standards, ensuring the store is clean and well-presented, and assisting with stock replenishment and inventory tasks.
The Sales Stylist will process sales transactions, handle returns or exchanges in line with company policies, and actively contribute to achieving individual and store sales targets. The position also requires collaborating with team members, participating in promotions or events, and representing Cerroni’s brand values in every customer interaction.
Qualifications
- Strong customer service and client-facing skills, with the ability to build rapport and deliver a welcoming, inclusive experience.
- Demonstrated interest in fashion and styling, with the ability to provide personalized outfit recommendations and style guidance.
- Retail sales experience, including handling point-of-sale systems, cash and card transactions, and meeting sales targets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with confident, clear spoken English and active listening abilities.
- Ability to work on-site in Sydney, NSW, including availability for weekends, late nights, and peak trading periods as required.
- Attention to detail in visual merchandising, store presentation, and product care to maintain brand standards.
- Reliability, time management, and the capacity to work both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous fashion retail or styling experience is highly regarded; additional languages and familiarity with local Sydney clientele are a plus.
