RoleOverview

We are seeking experienced Interim Chief Restructuring Officers (CROs) to support industrial and manufacturing organizations facing operational or financial challenges. With a proven track record in turnaround situations, these leaders combine financial restructuring and deep operational expertise to rapidly assess complex environments, stabilize performance, and deliver pragmatic, results-driven transformation plans.

KeyResponsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end restructuring initiatives across manufacturing and industrial operations
  • Diagnoseoperationalandfinancialperformance,identifyingrootcausesofunderperformance
  • Developandexecuteturnaroundplansfocusedonprofitability,cashflow,andoperationalefficiency
  • Optimizecoststructures,productionprocesses,andsupplychainperformance
  • Improveworkingcapitalmanagement,includinginventory,procurement,andreceivables
  • ImplementperformancemanagementframeworksandKPIsatplantandgrouplevel
  • Supportstrategicdecisionssuchassiterationalization,footprintoptimization,ordivestitures
  • Workcloselywithleadershipteams,boards,andstakeholderstoalignonrestructuringpriorities
  • Strengthenoperationaldisciplineacrossproduction,quality,andmaintenancefunctions
  • Leadchangemanagementinitiativestoensureexecutionandadoptionontheground
  • Coordinatewithfinancialandlegaladvisorswhenrequiredinrestructuringorspecialsituations

Qualifications

  • Minimum 10 years of experience as a CEO, General Manager, or equivalent executive role
  • Proventrackrecordleadingorganizationsthroughrestructuring,turnaround,ortransformationsituations
  • Strongbackgroundinindustrialormanufacturingenvironments(multi-site,plantoperations,supplychain)
  • Deepexpertiseincostoptimization,operationalefficiency,andcashmanagement
  • Abilitytooperatehands-onincomplex,high-pressureenvironments
  • Strongleadershipandstakeholdermanagementskills,includingboard-levelexposure
  • Experienceinspecialsituations(distressedassets,carve-outs,rapidtransformation)isaplus
  • MBA,CPA,orrelevantadvanceddegreepreferred
