Role Description The Sales Management Intern role is a full-time, remote position focused on supporting the growth of Redjinni’s user base and partner relationships. Day-to-day responsibilities include assisting with lead generation, conducting outreach to prospective partners or clients, and supporting account managers in maintaining ongoing relationships. The intern will help track sales metrics, prepare reports, and contribute to sales presentations and training materials for internal teams or external partners.
Additional tasks may include coordinating follow-ups, documenting customer feedback, and collaborating with marketing and product teams to align sales efforts with platform goals.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with users, partners, and internal teams.
- Candidates should possess Sales and Account Management skills to support lead generation, relationship building, and retention activities.
- Candidates should possess Training-related skills to assist in creating and delivering sales or platform usage guidance for teams and partners.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a remote environment.
- Comfort with digital tools (CRM systems, spreadsheets, communication platforms) and basic data analysis for tracking sales performance.
- Interest in AI, social media, or tech platforms and a willingness to learn about the Business and Management ecosystem.
- Ability to work independently, take initiative, and collaborate in a distributed team setting.
- Enrollment in or completion of a program in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred but not required.
