The opportunity

With studios in Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane, Larsen Jewellery is a premier destination for custom-made fine jewellery in Australia. Established twenty years ago, we set out to give customers direct access to a fine jewellery studio combining exquisite workmanship with genuinely personal service. We specialise in custom-made pieces, including engagement and wedding rings, and sell loose diamonds and coloured gemstones, using a mix of production methods including CAD and handmaking.

In this role, you'll be at the heart of the customer experience, running design consultations, preparing quotes, working closely with our CAD team and our bench jewellers on production, and staying by your customers' side from that first appointment right through to final pick-up.

This is a full-time role, working Tuesday to Saturday 9am-5pm, with Thursdays 12noon-8pm.

About you

• As you'll be dealing directly with our customers, you will need to have a flair and passion for selling custom-made fine jewellery and strong customer service skills.
• Several years experience making or selling fine jewellery such as engagement rings
• Given our focus on custom-made jewellery, attention to detail is absolutely essential.
• You must be confident and have good interpersonal and communication skills.
• A good general knowledge of diamonds and coloured gemstones.
• A high level of integrity and a strong work ethic.
